Oliver M. Schilz
Oliver M. Schilz founded Global Asset Partners GmbH in Hamburg in 1997 as an independent consulting firm specialising in real estate and corporate finance, and heads the company as Managing Partner.
>Oliver was a partner in an internationally active investment bank and managing director of the bank's own real estate company. He has over 25 years of experience in serving national and international investors, family offices and asset management. In particular, the areas of real estate, corporate finance and project financing are among his long-standing fields of activity. Through Oliver's international network, he is able to source "off-market" projects and provide professional transaction advice to clients with his team. He is responsible for a transaction volume of approx. 3 billion EUR.
Oliver was co-founder and investor of several companies and is Associate Partner of CAERO Group, a renewable energy investment boutique and platform, with offices in London, Tokyo and Zug.
